1. General Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of Gavkar Travels services. By booking a ticket or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Use your PNR No. on for all communication with Gavkar Travels about this booking of ticket number serves as confirmation of your ticket status, please carry a print out of this e-ticket and present it to the bus counter at time of check in carry photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checking in. All Passengers are required to report 15 minutes prior to departure time of the bus. No claim will be entertained.
2. Boarding of Passengers
- Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
- Passengers who fail to report on time will be marked as NO-SHOW and will be denied boarding. Such passengers are not entitled to any refund of the ticket amount.
- Gavkar Travels reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are:
- Under the influence of alcohol
- Engaged in misconduct or inappropriate behavior
- Critically ill or stretcher-borne and deemed unsafe for travel
- Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods or any other articles banned under law.
- Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 2 bags. Excess baggage will be accepted only upon payment of applicable charges as per Gavkar Travels rules.
- Gavkar Travels shall not be responsible for loss or damage to passenger luggage.
- Gavkar Travels reserves the right to disallow excess baggage carried by passengers.
- It is strongly advised to remove all valuables such as cameras, jewelry, money, electronics, perishables, and medication from checked luggage.
- Passengers carrying valuables against this advice do so at their own risk. Gavkar Travels will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to such items.
- Gavkar Travels assumes no liability for wear and tear to luggage or personal belongings.
- Any guest with a medical condition or medical history shall travel at their own risk and consequences.
3. Delay of Service
- Gavkar Travels may delay a bus departure without prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control.
- If a bus is delayed by more than 2 hours, Gavkar Travels may:
- Reschedule the journey on the next available Gavkar Travels service in the same sector, without any extra charge, subject to seat availability, based on the passenger’s convenience.
- Or, enable a full refund of the ticket amount paid by the passenger.
- Passengers must cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service. Failure to do so will result in the ticket being marked as NO-SHOW and will make the passenger ineligible for refund or reschedule.
- Gavkar Travels shall not be held responsible for delays en route caused by unavoidable circumstances such as traffic jams, road closures, or weather conditions.
4. Cancellation of Service
- Gavkar Travels may cancel a service without prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control.
- In such cases, Gavkar Travels shall either:
- Reschedule the journey on the next available Gavkar Travels service in the same sector,without any extra charge and subject to seat availability, based on the passenger’s convenience.
- Or, enable a full refund of the ticket amount paid by the passenger. Gavkar Travels shall be under no further liability to the passenger.
- The passenger must collect the refund from the original point of purchase.
- Passengers may cancel their ticket at least 48 hours before the scheduled journey.
- Partial cancellation of a ticket is not allowed.
- Ticket cancellation can also be made up to 24 hours before the journey from the pickup time.
- Gavkar Travels reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
- Bookings made through this website are eligible for cancellation only via the Cancellation Form available on this site. Cancellation requests made through branches or agents will not be accepted.
- On successful cancellation, refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 working days to the original source of payment.
Gavkar Travels is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries due to negligence, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. Passengers travel at their own risk.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties Your name, your personal information are never stored on the Internet with our system. Once you type your information, it is sent instantly, encrypted, directly to our order processing system, which is on a server separate from the internet. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server.
